On August 11th, BizCare organized a training event on "Go-to-Market Strategy" aimed at guiding and supporting businesses in addressing the challenges of launching their products to the market.
In an environment where the market is constantly changing and customer demands are increasing, businesses need to come up with "transformational" strategies to meet market needs. Most small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups face difficulties in effectively launching their products to the market.
To develop new market approaches and overcome the challenges that businesses are facing, BizCare Business Incubator organized a training session on "Go-To-Market Strategy." This training event marked a new step in the project "Supporting the Social Impact Business Ecosystem in Vietnam to Respond to COVID-19."
Speaker: Ms. Kimberly
Accompanying the event was Ms. Kimberly, a Director of Technology, Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at MIT, and Global Marketing and Branding Advisor. With her knowledge and experience, she shared valuable insights on the market research process to create differentiated product value. She also provided a perspective on building a portrait of potential customers and understanding their psychology.
The event attracted a lot of interest from organizations, businesses, and startups. In particular, more than 18 SIBs participated in the training session. The event also provided a platform for organizations, businesses, and startups to exchange ideas, expand their knowledge, and enhance their development capabilities.
